Technical Administrator
Eye
FULL TIME – Permanent
Monday – Friday days 37.5 Hours a week.
Major Recruitment are currently a Technical Administrator for our well-respected client to support their Technical Department in Eye.
About the role
- Replying to customer complaints and logging all relevant information
- Calculating, producing and logging all relevant information to KPIs for areas of technical responsibility
- Preparing regular statistics and reports for group reports.
Candidate Specification
- Have the ability to work under pressure and be able to make decisions
- Must have excellent communication skills in English – Written and Verbal
- Must be able to work on their own and as part of a wider team.
- Excellent Organisational skills
- Be willing to learn and develop
