Major Recruitment are looking for multiple Forklift truck drivers for a client of ours based in Biggleswade. This is for a well-established company which includes role progression. This is a temp to perm position so after a trial period may be offered a permanent contract.

About the role – Forklift driver

  • Loading and unloading vehicles
  • Moving Stock around the warehouse using different MHE
  • Mostly palletized goods so very little Manual handling
  • Bulk picking pallets.
  • Counterbalance or Reach

About you – Forklift driver

  • Have your own Forklift license.
  • Be able to work Night shifts.
  • Able to get to Biggleswade every day.
  • Able to work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
  • Be happy to use other MHE such as PPT.

  • Biggleswade
  • Monday – Friday
  • Rotating weekly shift 0600- 1400 & 1400- 2200
  • Onsite parking avalible and close to public transport links
  • Weekly pay
  • Forklift truck licence required.

Major recruitments are currently looking for Forklift truck drivers to join their client based in Biggleswade. this roll is a full time roll with the potential of a full-time contract following a successful trial period.

The role will include

The role will involve the following:

  • Replenishing the racking with new stock using a Forklift.
  • Bulk drop downs for pickers using a Forklift.
  • Moving stock around the warehouse
  • Some manual work required.
  • Maintaining a safe and clean working environment at all times.
  • Loading individual orders on the pallets.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Forklift licence
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Able to work in a team.
  • Happy to do full training and induction.
  • Can get to Biggleswade
  • Please note expired licence will not be deemed suitable for this role.
