- Days: £11.44 – up to £22.88 per hour
- Lates: £13.27 – up to £22.88 per hour
- Nights: £15.90 – up to £22.88 per hour
Shift Patterns:
- Days: 7:00 AM – 3:10 PM
- Lates: 3:00 PM – 11:10 PM
- Nights: 11:00 PM – 07:05 AM
- Note: You will work a three-shift pattern and must be flexible to work all shifts and short notice overtime as required.
Job Description:
As a Production Operative at our Houghton le Spring location, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Producing foam used in automotive seating systems, utilizing specialist tools such as air tools, spray guns, hog rings, etc.
- Operating a variety of machines to produce components for seating systems.
- Conducting visual quality checks on your work.

- Collaborating with a large team to ensure the smooth operation of the manufacturing plant.
