Role Overview:
As a Bakery Operative, you’ll be an integral part of our production process, responsible for assisting in the creation and packaging of our premium baked goods. Key Responsibilities:
As one of our Bakery Operatives, you’ll be working as part of the wider Operative team to ensure our products are produced to a high quality, ready for distribution to our customers across the country.

We are a 24 hours, 7 days a week operation and you may find yourself working in different sections of the bakery, each playing it’s own vital part of the production process. You will be expected to work closely with colleagues to ensure each area is operating and set-up efficiently for both the current and oncoming shift.

Throughout your shift, you will be responsible for accurate completion of paperwork, paying close attention to detail. As a food manufacturer, wastage is an area we must control, so it’s important that all daily tasks are completed efficiently whilst taking ownership of issues and reporting them if they arise to the management team.

You will be expected to comply with all company policy including Health & Safety, Security, Hygiene Standards and cleaning schedules ensuring we are consistently compliant in line with Food Safety Standards.
