Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for Support Managers on a permanent basis based in Southampton to lead and line manage a team to deliver the highest quality of support.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Support Manager:

  • Managing a team of Support Workers
  • Carrying out 1:1 appraisals
  • Taking appropriate and prompt steps to address problems in performance management
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory obligations, including health & safety
  • Developing and maintaining links with key partners and external agencies
  • Liaising with referral agencies to provide effective services and ensure effective inter-departmental communications
  • Facilitating customer involvement and ensuring a broad range of customer services and appropriate social/leisure activities operate within the schemes

Essential Requirements of the Support Manager:

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Enhanced DBS

Details and requirements

  • Full and part time considered (3 – 5 days a week; no weekends)

  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • HCPC registered
  • Full UK driving license

Salary and benefits

  • £34,000 – £35,00 basic salary + Lucrative bonus & exclusive benefits
