Hamilton Woods Associates are working with a Social Housing provider in Staffordshire, to recruit to a Repairs Administrator on a temporary basis
Responsibilities of the Repairs Administrator include:
- Taking calls from social housing tenants regarding repairs.
- Receiving and processing orders from clients.
- Updating spread sheets.
- Receiving and processing repairs orders and appointments from both internal and external clients.
- Producing invoices and PO numbers.
- Progressing repair orders and appointments with operatives and contractors.
- Assisting in the swift resolution of tenants queries concerning outstanding or overdue repairs and appointment alterations.
- Prioritising reported repairs
- Maintaining accurate call logs
