K&D Recruitment are currently seeking an HRBP to work in a temporary capacity for our fast growing client in Wembley.
- Do you have experience within an HRBP role?
- Are you CIPD Level 5 or working towards this?
- Have you experience in Employee Relations with Operations staff?

As HRBP you will be working closely with Senior Management and line managers, responsible for employee relations for all blue collar operational staff, you will deal with absences, performance management, disciplinary and grievance processes as well as provision of HR advice and support to the management team and line managers.
This is a hybrid role, 3 days on site and 2 days at home. You will have the ability to manage your own time and a busy workload. You will have strong communication skills and the ability to problem solve.
The role is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with the core hours between 10am – 4pm, with some occasional flexibility required. This is a temporary opportunity to start immediately for a 3 month period with a pro rata salary up to £45k.
