Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Scheduling Team Leader to join a property services organisation to manage a team of call handlers and a scheduler.

Responsibilities of the Scheduling Team Leader:

  • Assist in recruitment and inductions of call handlers and administrators
  • Manage conflict, issues and poor performance
  • Train, coach and develop call handlers and administrators to follow the correct processes
  • Collect and collate client satisfaction feedback and report on trends and improvement ideas

Essential Experience of the Scheduling Team Leader:

  • IT Literate
