Major Primary Care

Salaried GP or GP Partner

Job ID: GP-150622-748

Salaried GP or Salaried GP with Possible Partnership in the Future

Benefit from having a maximum number of patient contact in a session which includes e-consults, telephone appointments, follow up slots and face to face appointments where no “add on” patients are added to your day ensuring you have a maximum workload. The Salaried GP team and Partner GP team also benefit from referring patients at the click of a button, repeat prescriptions done for them and all irrelevant paperwork as well as minor ailment patients already taken care of. This all reduces the workload and burden on the GP team leading to a more enjoyable working day for the GP.

The General Practitioner team have provided feedback that they thoroughly enjoy the working culture here with the practice having an ‘open door’ policy, no hierarchy as well as daily coffee break morning to discuss cases and discuss ideas. Ideas are actively encouraged and are listened to where changes have been implemented that have improved the practice off the back of listening to staff.

Have a maximum of 5 relevant documents per day to deal with and also a streamlined Lab results process which means that GPs can enjoy an efficient day working within a well organised practice which operates at over capacity to ensure all the GP team enjoy the day to day with a good work-life balance.

A CQC good practice complimented with well-trained and knowledgeable staff who see themselves as passionate, sociable and open where the team benefits from social outings, curry nights and Pizza days.

This practice has more to shout about so please do get in touch with us here at Major to find out more and see if this can potentially improve your current situation as a General Practitioner

This role is suitable for both newly qualified GPs and those already established. In addition, Partner or GP Trainers would also be welcome to enquire, as this would suit GPs with keen interests in those areas.
