£32,800 + £1,800 minimum call out bonus per annum
Hamilton Woods Associates has been engaged by a renowned housing association in Sheffield to recruit for an Electrician on a temporary – permanent basis. The role will cover Sheffield and surrounding areas, including as far as Barnsley, across to Scunthorpe and Gainsborough.
Responsibilities of the Electrician include:
- Undertaking all electrical repairs and renovations identified within void and tenanted social housing properties
- Ensuring correct materials are identified and used to complete the work at the required quality standard
- Completing EICRs, installation and minor works certificates
- Using a PDA to receive and complete work
- Liaising with tenants and managers concerning the timing and progress of work being undertaken
- Carrying out work to risk assessments
- Undertaking further training and qualifications where required
Requirements of the Electrician:
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- NVQ Level 3 minimum
- Full UK Driving License
