We are recruiting for Forklift Driver for a smashing company near North Walsham, with the train station right opposite the company.

Our Forklift Truck Driver/Order Picker is responsible for:

  • Service production lines by use of forklift truck and take away finished product and store safely and correctly in the despatch fridge area.
  • Load product to vehicles as per loading lines.
  • Pick all daily customer orders.
  • Use a daily customer pick sheet manifest.
  • Pick all customer orders with a scanner
  • Pick all stock in correct date rotation for outload

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of warehouse and forklift operations and Counterbalance Licence.

An opportunity has arisen for a number of FLT Operatives to join their team on a long-term basis.

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday

Duties:

  • Working with computer-based machinery
  • Moving finished pallets into the correct locations
  • Working in a fast-paced production environment
  • Fulfil and complete all procedural requirements and paperwork to a high standard
  • Assist in cleaning working environment during job changes
  • To undertake additional training as required
  • Effectively communicate and liaise with shift managers and co-workers
  • Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Operator to join their team in Darlington on a Temporary to Permanent basis.

The FLT Driver’s role will be to cover a day shift: Monday to Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm and Friday 8:00am-3:00pm

Main Duties:

  • Daily meetings with the team leader or supervisor
  • To help prioritise workloads within the department / designated warehouse area
  • To deal with the movement of products within the warehouse, using a Counterbalance FLT
  • Picking and packing duties when required, and taking instructions from supervisors and management
  • Using their computer system to book stock in and out
  • Loading and unloading wagons
  • Maintain the company’s health & safety standards at all times
  • To follow all legal and company requirements to the use of forklifts in the Warehouse

Role Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a warehouse environment
  • An in date Counterbalance Licence (RTITB / ITTSAR)
  • Must be punctual
  • Experience of working to targets
  • Communicates effectively on all levels
  • Goods in and out experience
  • Good computer knowladge
