The Role;
- Handling inbound and outbound calls
- Working with multiple systems
- Responding to emails
- Live chat
- Supporting and advising
Skills Required;
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Good IT/Technical background
- Able to write an email
- Able to work some weekends
- Reliable
- Must have the skill to be empathetic and deal with sensitive calls
- Microsoft Office
Shifts;
Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm
Pay rate;
£11.62ph basic
Overtime after 40hrs per week
