To ensure IT and software systems are kept up to date with installations and are monitored for any faults, and try to solve them.
Complete agreed internal reporting and communication as required by Site Manager
Support all users when and if necessary.
Train new users within the facility.
Be in close contact with the software supplier.
Maintain all open cases within the Davanti Portal, Install and maintain hardware products (desktops, forklift screens, servers, telephony, WMS equipment)
Hours of work Monday to friday 08.00am- 16.30pm
