Operations Administrator

Major Recruitment are looking to recruit an Operational Administrator in Ringwood.

The Operations Administrator will need strong admin skills as they will be the back bone of the site.

Skills the Operations Administrator will need to show are attention to detail and be a strong team palyer.

Duties of the Operations Adminstrator-

  • Checking New Business finance documentation raised by Sales colleagues alerting the Operations Manager of any discrepancies
  • Price checking and validation of New Business transactions ensuring all credit conditions have been met prior to pay out
  • Managing all transactions mid-life, including reschedules and early terminations
  • Liaising with both internal and external lawyers regards finance documentation, for example on clause changes requested by clients

Knowledge and Experience of the Operations Adminstrator

  • Educated to a Degree level or equivalent
  • Executive communication skills written and oral
  • Very efficient and highly organised

Salary of the Operations Manager £20,000-£22,000
