K&D Recruitment is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our client based near Aylesbury.

As Maintenance Supervisor, you will report to the Operations Manager and be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an existing team of 7 Maintenance Technicians.
You will manage the daily shift patterns, recruitment, onboarding of new employees, employee training, and the meeting of weekly KPIs.
You will enjoy being hands-on and supporting the team.
You will be a confident communicator as you are based on the client site, and you will manage and develop the relationship.
In return, you will earn a salary of £31200 – £33280 DOE and a yearly bonus. Free parking, an on-site gym, and a canteen are also available.
Hours 7 am – 4 pm
