K&D Recruitment is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our client based near Aylesbury.

  • Are you currently working as a Technician or a Production Operative looking for your next step?
  • Do you have Supervisory experience?

As Maintenance Supervisor, you will report to the Operations Manager and be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an existing team of 7 Maintenance Technicians.

You will manage the daily shift patterns, recruitment, onboarding of new employees, employee training, and the meeting of weekly KPIs.

You will enjoy being hands-on and supporting the team.

You will be a confident communicator as you are based on the client site, and you will manage and develop the relationship.

In return, you will earn a salary of £31200 – £33280 DOE and a yearly bonus. Free parking, an on-site gym, and a canteen are also available.

Maintenance Technician

K&D is currently seeking Maintenance Technicians for our expanding client based near Aylesbury.

  • Are you seeking a career within a production environment and looking to develop your skills?
  • Do you enjoy a hands-on role?
  • Have you experience in using hand tools?

As Maintenance Technician you will be joining a friendly hard-working team, responsible for the repair and maintenance of client goods.

No formal qualifications or experience are required as training will be provided. Any welding experience would be advantageous.

The role is active and requires the use of hand tools, you will also be adaptable and committed to working in a small team and meeting daily targets.

Salary £22932 – £28496 DOE. You will also benefit from a performance bonus.

The role is temporary to permanent, hours 7 am – 4 pm. PPE will be provided.
