Customer Development Manager – FMCG Not for Profit

* Develop enduring and collaborative relationships with your pre-defined group of customers and licensees

* Use every engagement with customers and licensees as a strategic and/or opportunity and always leave a positive legacy for RT.

* Input to overall commercial strategy and deliver trade channel specific strategy.

* Network across the organisation and its stakeholders to gain a good understanding of the work and how it’s relevant to industry, government, customers and consumers.

* Work cross-functionally and collaboratively with Technical, Licensing, Comms, Finance and Marketing teams to deliver the corporate strategy to amplify the Red Tractor logo.

* Assist the commercial lead in the delivery of the annual licence fee renewal process.

* Deputise in the absence of the commercial lead.

* Prepare and maintain all admin associated with account management, including presentations, account plans, contacts, contact reports etc., and to lead the further development of the CRM database. About You Knowledge & Skills * >3 years experience in business development.

* Degree/degree level intellect. * A clear sense of urgency and a doer.

* Excellent organisation skills and able to prioritise multiple responsibilities, balancing licensee and stakeholder deliverables

* Excellent communication (written and oral) skills, attention to detail and able to engage and influence a variety of audiences at all levels.

* Ability to handle complexity across subject matter, licensees and stakeholders.

* Consultative, personable style and able to work efficiently under pressure.
