Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working on behalf of a charitable organisation that is looking for x2 permanent Night Support Workers to work in one of their Registered Care Homes, supporting men with multiple needs including mental health and learning disabilities. The rota will consist of three, 12 hour shifts across the week.
Responsibilities of the Night Support Worker:
- Key working and supporting clients with learning disabilities and mental health
- Providing personal care to identified clients
- Assessing and managing risk
- Ensuring that medication within the project is managed in line with policies and procedures
- Assisting in the management of the referral process
Requirements of the Night Support Worker:
- Enhanced DBS or willingness to undergo one
- Previous experience working alongside vulnerable adults
