Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working with a South Yorkshire based property services contractor, that is looking for a Painter and Decorator to work on a refurbishment contract renovating council stock.
Responsibilities of the Painter and Decorator includes:
- Preparing surfaces for painting and decorating
- Decorating bathrooms and kitchens
- Keeping site clean and tidy
- Working in tenanted properties
Requirements of the Painter and Decorator includes:
- UK Driving License
- Previous experience working in social housing (desirable)
- Access to a car or a van
- Asbestos Awareness (or willingness to undergo the course)
