We work with fantastic providers who put the needs of their service users first, therefore, are looking for like- minded people to join their team. They are family run and share some amazing values. The future looks very bright for them. They know how to keep staff happy and do not have a high staff turnover.

Your new role

In your new role, you will be supporting children with Emotional Behaviour Disorder (EBD). They also have LD homes. You will need to combine your professional experience and skills to work with vulnerable children daily, promoting their own independence, supporting them in the community and helping them to live a fulfilled life. What you’ll need to succeed

To be successful in this position, you will need to demonstrate a genuine caring persona to help individuals. Having a Level 5 in Residential Childcare/Children and Young People Leadership & Management is Desirable, but not essential, but to have a Level 3 in Children & young people is essential. Working within a home with EBD experience is also important to my client as a Deputy Manager or Team Leader You MUST have a manual driving license and have a clean DBS.

We are looking for Residential Support Workers in the Frome area. We are looking for enthusiastic, caring and passionate people to become an integral part of our support team. In this role, you will support our young people and be responsible for providing compassionate care during your time with them.

This is a specialist children’s home for young people aged 7 to 18 who have complex needs which may include autistic spectrum disorder (ASD). The home is located in the market town of Frome in Somerset, with easy walking access to the local town centre.

The home’s focus is to promote the development of individual social behaviour, independence and personal skills and offering opportunities to practise these in real life settings. This ensures that our young people develop a positive outlook on life in a safe, warm, welcoming, structured and fun environment.
