Fantastic opportunity to work within the Operations Team, for a leading logistics company within the Northampton area.
You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment and will be responsible for providing a hands-on approach with comprehensive support and administration to the department ensuring all tasks are completed effectively, efficiently and on time and in accordance with legislation and company policies.
Your duties will include, but not limited to: –
Checking off customer collections ensuring they have been collected and charged accordingly.
POD Requests – Customer Requests
Clearing outstanding POD’s before end of day.
Driver schedule monitoring to include times and route adherence.
Liaise and maintain clear lines of communication with all internal departments to facilitate understanding and transparency of operations.
Dealing with customers, depots and drivers over the telephone
This is a permanent full-time position, Monday to Friday 11a.m. to 8.00p.m.
Saturdays on a rota system
