Assistant Fast-Fit Manager

£25,000-£30,000 DOE + Bonus + Holidays + Pension

Main Duties:

Our client has an exciting opportunity become available – Assistant Fast-Fit Manager. This position will provide the successful individual an opportunity to develop and grow as a manager within a busy and thriving depot. This exciting role will both challenge and reward the successful candidate.

Working closely with the Depot Manager, the Assistant Fast-Fit Manager’s responsibilities will include:

Duties include

  • Assist the manager in day-to-day tasks
  • Be competent in all management roles to cover for manager on days off listed below
  • Be responsible for the successful and efficient day to day operation of the depot
  • Manage resource to consistently meet and exceed your set plans and targets
  • Ownership of site and staff to ensure compliance with company procedures and legislation
  • Create and adopt a Health & Safety culture
  • Ensure that all equipment checks are completed correctly and in a timely manner
  • Be responsible for cleanliness of the depot and boundaries.
  • Participate in staff recruitment, inductions and training
  • Manage and grow sales
  • Ensure processes are completed within the depot
  • Communicate effectively
  • Ensure all documentation and personal information is processed in accordance with the companies GDPR policy
  • Have an excellent understanding and control of the depot costs and banking
  • Full accountability for staffing levels
  • Excellent Telephone etiquette
  • Commercially aware of the costs incurred by decision making
  • Exceptional customer service, interpersonal and people skills
  • Positive attitude lead by example on shift at all times
  • Be accountable for all stock on site
