Advanced Clinical Practitioner
This is an excellent opportunity for an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist who is an Independent Prescriber who is seeking a role within a superb Primary Care Setting.

Key requirements: You must be an Independent Prescribing Pharmacist to apply for this role as a minimum requirement.
This would suit a Clinical Pharmacist who is wanting to work in a permanent role fixed in one surgery/employer (as opposed to working across many sites with no continuity)
Details and Requirements:
Location: Durham
Hours: Part Time or Full Time Available
Salary Range (WTE): Negotiable + 6 weeks’ holiday + BH + Development/Support + Paid for Courses
Registration Requirements: Full Registration & V300 Independent Prescribing qualifications essential
