Working for a successful company, the UK’s largest plumbing, heating and bathroom wholesaler, supplying over 8,000 customers over 20,000 products.

The company are looking for a customer care specialist with a passion for customer satisfaction. In this key role you will be the sole point of contact in their Customer Experience, from placing an order to delivery enquiries. You’ll be working closely with their team, towards improvement in performance and processes.


Hours:- 40 hours per week on a 08.00 – 17.00 shift Monday to Friday

Main responsibilities for the Customer Contact Centre Advisor:
● Report into the Contact Centre Supervisor
● Deal with daily enquiries from internal and external customers via email
● Build strong customer relationships
● Processing customer orders
● Liaising with carriers to request proof of deliveries and delivery times
● Liaising with accounts regarding credit limits and overdue accounts
● Investigating errors or customers complaints to a satisfactory conclusion
● Updating systems accordingly
● Managing multiple email accounts
● Create and maintain a professional working relationships with internal stakeholders

Essential Skills Required:
● Computer Literate
● Strong Administrative skills
● Work accurately to time scales
● Self-motivated
● Excellent telephone manner
● Previous experience of working in a customer service / order processing environment
