Major Recruitment Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Temporary Customer Services Assistant based with our client in Melton Mowbray. This role is a temporary position during our client’s peak season which runs from the end of June through to the end of January 2023.
As a customer services assistant, the role will be to receive inbound calls and emails from high end customer wishing to place orders, query orders, query product details, gain updates on their orders, add personalisation’s, make payments etc.
Full time hours 37.5 hours per week,
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
The role does include occasional Saturdays (approx. 1 in 3 or 4 weeks)
This role is office based – not working from home.
In order to be considered for this position you will ideally have experience within a customer services office-based role, however experience is not essential – if you can demonstrate an excellent telephone manner along with an example of fantastic customer service mannerisms via telephone AND email, with spot on spelling and grammar – and of course can and will commit to the full duration of the contract then you will be a great applicant for us to consider!
You will be a strong communicator with a bright and enthusiastic outlook as well as a professional business work ethic
You will ideally have your own transport and will be immediately available to start!
£9.50 per hour + Holiday Pay
