We are currently recruiting for a Machinery Operative to join a well-established and growing manufacturing organisation based in Doncaster. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for smooth operations to be part of a friendly and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating Extrusion Machinery
- Operate extrusion machinery in a safe and efficient manner
- Carry out basic maintenance tasks as part of the manufacturing process
- Conduct quality checks on finished products
- Follow production plans and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in machinery operation, or a similar manufacturing role.
- Strong background in manufacturing operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.
- Organisational and time management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
