We are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Huddersfield for a Food Production Operative/Cook. This role can be physically demanding and fast-paced so ideally, the right candidate must have worked in a similar environment such as weighing & mixing materials. You will need to be flexible to work overtime as and when required and have Food Hygiene knowledge. This is a Temporary to Permanent role after completing 12 consecutive weeks.
Job duties:
- Heavy lifting up to 25kg
- Weighing ingredients
- Mixing ingredients
- Temperature checking
- Adhering to Food Hygiene Standards
Working hours:
Monday to Thursday 15:00 – 20:00
(must be flexible to work overtime when required)
Pay rate:
£10.42 – £10.62 ph
