We are currently working on behalf of a social housing provider, who are currently recruiting for a Head of Repairs and Transformation on an interim basis. The role will solely focus on the mobilisation of a new repairs scheduling and stock distribution system, in response to a pending merger.
Hybrid working is available, with 1-2 days a week in their Manchester based offices.
Responsibilities of the Head of Repairs and Transformation:
- Spearheading the mobilisation of the DRS (repairs scheduling) and their Stock Right Now (stock distribution) systems
Requirements of the Head of Repairs and Transformation:
- Knowledge of project management/ transformation projects
- Knowledge of the infrastructure surrounding a high performing in house property repairs service
