Major Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Hiredesk Assistant on behalf of our client in the Automotive Leasing and Rental sector. This position would be a Permanent, Full Time position, based in the Glasgow area.
You will be responsible for:-
- Administrative support to the branch, ensuring a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained.
- Performing regular audits, to check that rental compliance documentation, customers’ insurance and fuel receipts are all present and correctly logged.
- Acting as receptionist for Company personnel, drivers and customers who attend the site.
Does this sound like you? :–
- Full Valid Driving License holder
- Administration and organisation skilled, with an excellent telephone manner
- Microsoft Office experience
- Vehicle Rental industry knowledge and vehicle maintenance knowledge would be advantageous.
