We are currently working with a social housing provider in Manchester who is looking for a Housing Officer to join their team on a temporary basis. The role will encompass properties across Burym Bolton, Tameside and Denton
Responsibilities of the Housing Officer includes:
- Conducting home visits with social housing tenants
- Conducting tenancy audits and inspections
- Assisting with estate management issues such as fly tipping and graffiti
- Advising tenants in rent arrears
- Encouraging tenancy sustainment
- Investigating cases of ASB
- Advising on housing related issues
- Conducting inventories and property inspections
Requirements of the Housing Officer:
- Driver and access to a vehicle
- Experience using QL housing management system would be advantageous
