Previous machine operating experience is essential, CNC experience is highly desirable.

General duties to include

• Working within a clean room manufacturing environment.
• Operating and monitoring a CNC ply cutting machine to cut materials to specified dimensions.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and work instructions to ensure accurate production.
• Carrying out quality checks on materials and finished parts to ensure they meet required standards.
• Reporting machine faults or breakdowns promptly to minimise downtime.
• Adhering to Health & Safety regulations, including safe machine operation and use of PPE.

Pay Rate: £13.16 per hour plus further increases once permanent and fully trained

Rotating Shift Pattern (38 hours per week)

Morning Shift: Monday to Friday 6am – 2.10pm

Afternoon Shift: Monday to Friday 2pm – 10.10pm

• Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Maintains excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Previous CNC operating experience is highly desirable.
• Flexible and able to work a rotating shift pattern.
