Machine Operator required – Full Time
Working with the print team you will be responsible for preparing the labels and some packaging for the production team. We are looking to add someone to the team on a permanent basis and a contract will be offered on completion of probatioary.
Hours – 8 Hours 3 shift rotation
Pay – From £10.42
Days – Monday to Friday
Location LS9
Key Duties
- Responsible for running one of the company’s machines, producing work, right first time to customer specifications, achieving all company operational KPI’s.
- Ability to operate all machines within the dept.
- Ensure that slitting jobs are prioritised and organised in line with the production schedule.
- Ensure the correct works ticket, is being used prior to slitting.
- Ensure all documentation is correctly filled out and signed on works ticket on completion of required slitting job.
- Understands the use and need of Radius system.
- Ensure working area is clean, tidy and obstruction free.
No previous specific experience is required as full training will be given but some previous experience working on machines is desirable.
