NPD Manager (New Product Development)
My client a successful and well respected food manufacturer are seeking a NPD Manager as part of continued growth and new business wins. You support the NPD team managing product concept to launch.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new products – aligned with the business strategy and vison
- Lead development projects, on time in budget
- Manage key stakeholders and retailers
- Ensure product launches are met
- Trend analysis, recipe, raw materials sourcing, packaging and factory trials, shelf life
Skills and experience;
- Understanding of HACCP, GMP and hygiene
- Basic understanding of Microbiology and Nutrition
- Strong communicator
- Experience leading a team
- Experience working with retailers
Qualifications
- Degree/HND in a food or science discipline
- Food safety and Hygiene Qualification
- Days Mon- Friday, 8.30am-5pm
