NPD Technologist / Graduate (New Product Development)
My client a successful and well respected food manufacturer are seeking a NPD Technologist / Graduate as part of continued growth and new business wins. You work and collaborate with the NPD team from product concept to launch.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new products – aligned with the business strategy and vison
- Collaborate with development projects, on time in budget
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and retailers
- Ensure product launches are met
- Trend analysis, recipe, raw materials sourcing, packaging and factory trials, shelf life
Skills and experience;
- Understanding of HACCP, GMP and hygiene
- Basic understanding of Microbiology and Nutrition
- Strong communicator
- Experience with collaborating with a team
- Experience working with retailers
Qualifications
- Degree/HND in a food or science discipline
- Food safety and Hygiene Qualification
- Days Mon- Friday, 8.30am-5pm
