We are looking for Operations Administrator to join a company who rent vehicles to other businesses. It is Full-time, Permanent role located in Ringwood.

The successful candidate will provide a professional support to the Operations Manager with the daily operations of the site.

You’ll be:

  • Checking New Business finance documentation
  • Annual Audits of Contract Hire customers
  • Validate New Business Transactions
  • Negotiate with funders regarding rates/margins and head rooms each month
  • Oversee Operational Cost, Risk and Audit activities
  • Reconcile funder payments
  • Calculate settlements and distribute invoices
  • Complete annual audits
  • Collecting and billing of monthly rentals
  • Reconcile funder payments
  • Calculate settlements/terminations
  • Processing end of lease deals
  • Managing all annual reviews, for employees and clients
  • Monitor all staff holidays
  • Evaluate current operational strategies and suggest improvements

You’ll have:

  • Knowledge and understanding of nominal rates, net present value (NPV) and using Freehand
  • Knowledge of documentation, procedure and requirements for all funders
  • A full valid UK Driving licence
  • Excellent administrational knowledge
  • The ability to mentor and develop a successful team
