Major Recruitment are looking for a Polish speaking Admin/Payroll for our Derby Branch.

You’ll be solely responsible for running payroll and any administration duties for a range of clients.

As the part time Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing weekly and monthly payroll for a variety of clients
  • Entering in payroll information using Access system
  • Processing P45’s, P60’s, etc
  • Dealing with auto-enrolment and full knowledge of our registration system
  • Calculating and processing any statutory payments such as SSP, SMP, SPP
  • Ensuring Compliance Regulations are met to 100% from candidates
  • Assisting clients with any payroll queries
  • Setting up new payroll candidates
  • Assisting on occasion with Resourcing

For the Payroll Administrator role, it would be essential to see candidates with:

  • Previous experience in payroll candidates who have run multiple payrolls or Administration is desirable but not essential
  • The ability to work effectively in a small team
  • Basic Microsoft Package knowledge
  • Excellent attention to detail and thinking outside the box
  • Ability and willingness to learn and develop in the role
  • To be able to speak Polish fluently

FULL TRAINING IS PROVIDED

Pay: £10 – £12 h depending on experience.
