It gives me great pleasure to say we’re looking for our next consultant for our office. We’ve recently grown and are now ready to take on more people. Covid has happened, it’s shaken things, it’s made most of us consider what we care about the most and of course careers have been a major consideration for people and rightly so. Maybe you’ve decided you’re leaving, maybe you’re just having a look to see what’s out there.

What sort of person are we looking for? We’re looking for experienced recruiters, I know that’s what EVERYBODY wants but if you don’t ask, you don’t get! We’re an office for those who come to work to work, maybe it sounds boring and stuffy but we all have personal lives and we want to make the most of them when not in work. We’re looking for mature individuals who are happy to get their head down, enjoy a relaxed but focused atmosphere without the fear of the drama…if you’ve been in recruitment for a while, you’ll know exactly what we mean.

We’re located opposite Temple Meads where you’ll be part of a core team that will help and benefit from the growth of our office even further, which means opportunity and the chance for development be it career, financial or educational. Our office isn’t the typical recruitment office in town, we’re not about Friday drinks, ‘tenner’s in’ and pinball machines especially when these things are used as a distraction to make up for the fact you’re being micro-managed around your KPIs and phone time. We’re also not an office that’s fiercely protective of the business we win, if we can help each other on a job that will mean the difference in commission or not, we know which we’d rather pick. We know recruitment and like you, we know it can be a challenging game, that’s why we’re here to support you. With over 30 years combined management experience you can feel confident that you’ll be heard and supported in the best ways we can. Not only will you be supported by our office but also by the network of offices we have across the country, and the consistent training programmes we run company-wide.

So, what will you be doing on a day to day basis. In a nutshell every day is varied, you already know this though given your experience. We’re fortunate that in our expansion we’re open for discussion around what sort of desk you’d like to run, we work across a variety of sectors and do both temporary and permanent recruitment. The role is a 360 one, which means you’ll be responsible for seeing things through to completion from beginning to end; this will include writing ads, making sales calls, contacting candidates, resourcing, candidate and client management, as well as many other facets, but you’re experienced, you know all of this already!
