Salary: £30,000 – £34,000

We are an enthusiastic and passionate team whose domiciliary care service supports those who are elderly, recovering from an illness or who have dementia. Essentially we support people with a huge range of personal care services in their own homes from dressing and washing to monitoring diet and support with prescribed medications. We can even simply be a friendly face for your loved once to share interests with or engage in the local community.
We are looking to hire an experienced and passionate individual to become our Registered Care Manager. You will be a dedicated and bubbly character who is self-motivated to succeed and is also able to motivate their staff and team around them. Key responsibilities as Registered Care Manager will be conducting regular audits to ensure CQC Regulations, delivering induction and expert training to new starters, supervising team members to ensure personal development is continued, ensuring on-call service is covered and management of existing care packages alongside generating business growth. You will be supported heavily by a Care Manager and a Deputy Manager who will report directly to you. You’ll be a person capable of supporting the office staff and also your care teams whilst developing and maintaining excellent relationships with our clients and loved ones!

What Will We Be Looking Out For?
Ideally our new Registered Care Manager will have the following:
- Driving Licence and access to vehicle (essential)
- Diploma Level 5 in Health and Social Care (desirable)
- Proven Home Care/Management experience
- DBS that is clean and on the update service
Ideally we are looking for someone who is available from December 20th 2019.
