Position – Registered Children’s Home Manager
Salary – £39,000 to £45,000 per annum (with a yearly review and increase)
Hours – 40 hours per week (some flexibility to work outside of these hours may be required from time to time). The role will initially be part-time until they are OFSTED approved.
About the Service – This is a brand new 5 bed children’s care home for children with EBD/ behavioural problems.

Duties- The purpose of the role is help the company implement a vision for this new home. You will also be required to help with the Ofsted registration process.
Experience and qualifications – The ideal candidate will have NVQ level 4/5 in Health and Social Care with experience of running a childen’s residential home with at least a ‘Good’ OFSTED rating.
