Position – Registered Cluster Manager

Location – Rowde, Wiltshire

Salary – £30,462 per annum rising to £31,499 upon registration with CQC

Hours – 37.5 hours per week (Mon – Fri between 8.30am and 5.30/6pm)

About the Service – This service is a supported living service for adults with learning disabilities including service users with autism and challenging behaviour. The aim of the service is to help service users live their lives more independently and increase their personal fulfilment.

Duties- The purpose of the role is to manage a supported living service in Calne. You will be tasked with ensuring the service is legally compliant and that it delivers high quality care within certain budgets and governance requirements.

Experience/ qualifications – The ideal candidate will have experience of working as a Registered Manager including experience of handling performance issues and disciplinaries. Our client will also consider Senior Support Workers who have been acting as a manager. You will also have a background in learning disabilities or mental health. Ideally you will have a Level 5 Diploma in health and social care. However, you will also be considered if you have a Level 3 and are prepared to study Level 5 within the first year of employment. You must have a full driving license and access to your own car.
