The primary purpose of the role is to help & support the management of existing customer base, this function covers day to day management through agreed processes and documentation with each customer.
The role will support the managing of planning, scheduling, briefing and ultimately ensuring contracted services are delivered on time to an exceedingly high standard working closely with the Help Desk & Support Team
What you will be doing
- Responsible for the delivery of services across the business for the Customer base
- Responsible for ensuring customers are always kept up to date with regular communication when coming to end of contracts & upselling to further contracts
- Responsible for maintaining and updating relevant customer & internal documentation
- Follow all agreed internal processes across all areas of the business
- Responsible for delivering outstanding customer service
- Responsible for keeping senior stakeholders informed of latest key opportunities and issues
- Support with accurate commercial reporting to the and to ensure completeness and accuracy of the documentation provided on a weekly basis
Experience
- Experience and evidence of delivering excellent customer service
- Experience working within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels
- Can manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to problem solve & come up with successful solutions
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to adapt depending on the audience
