An exciting opportunity has arisen at a friendly and well-established practice near Shepherds Bush. The Practice is run by three-clinician partners who are committed to remaining a key central component in the local community serving and interacting with those around them. They are a high-achieving QOF practice and are closely involved in local Primary Care Networks, with a strong focus on collaborative working to maximize clinical outcomes, and provide safe and effective care for the registered population.
The team comprises of GPs, Practice Managers, Pharmacists, Practice Nurses, Healthcare Assistants and administrative staff. The have great systems and processes to provide and maintain a safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led service to the registered population and local community.
