Sales Lead Generator – B2B Energy Sales

We’re recruiting on behalf of a top-tier B2B energy consultancy based in Sunderland that sits firmly within the top 1% of employers in the sector. Due to continued growth, they’re looking to add high-quality Sales Lead Generators to their sales team.
This is an outbound, telephone-based role where you’ll generate and qualify opportunities for senior sales consultants. You’ll be joining a business known for exceptional training, outstanding culture, and genuine long-term career development.
The Role
- High-volume outbound B2B calls to UK businesses
- Engaging decision-makers in structured, professional sales conversations
- Qualifying prospects by identifying contract details, renewal dates, and requirements
- Booking high-quality appointments for senior sales consultants
- Managing accurate CRM records and pipeline data
- Working towards daily and weekly KPIs in a fast-paced sales environment
- Developing strong objection-handling and consultative sales skills
About You
- Confident, articulate, and comfortable speaking on the phone
- Motivated by performance, targets, and earnings
- Previous outbound or B2B sales experience beneficial but not essential
- Strong work ethic, resilience, and a desire to progress
- Coachable, reliable, and a genuine team player
Salary & Commission
- Basic salary up to £35,000 (depending on experience)
- Commission between 10%-25%
- Upfront commission payments available
