- Based in Letchworth
- £18,000-£35,000 This is made up of basic salary, commission, incentive pay and bonus.
- Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
- One Saturday in three 9am to 5pm
- Selling and valuing homes in Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire
- One bank holiday per annum, with day off in lieu

Major recruitments are looking for an experienced sales Negotiator with valuing experience to work for our well-known client based in Letchworth.
What you’ll need to succeed-Sales Negotiator
- At least 2 years’ experience in valuing and listing residential property.
- A comprehensive understanding of the listing a selling process of residential property
- Leadership skills
- Commercial knowledge of estate agency
- The ability to manage instructions.
- Build rapport with clients and solicitors.
- Be forward thinking.
- Show attention to detail.
