You will be providing a pro-active and efficient sales administration service to a portfolio of UK Customers in a fast-paced customer focused environment. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, stock and orders processing. You’ll be working closely with our team, towards improvement in performance and processes.

40 hours per week on a 08.00 – 17.00 shift Monday to Friday

Main responsibilities for the Customer Contact Centre Advisor:
● Processing a high volume of email and web order orders
● Sending order acknowledgments and confirmations
● Liaising with customers regarding order status and stock availability
● Developing good product knowledge and staying up to date with new product arrivals and features.

Essential Skills Required:
● Computer Literate
● Strong Administrative skills
● Work accurately to time scales
● Self-motivated
● Previous experience of working in an admin / customer service / order processing
environment
