Salary: £41,000 – £46,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all on-site activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain efficient workflow and resolve any issues promptly.
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement appropriate measures to mitigate them.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and project managers, to ensure project objectives are met.
Requirements:
- SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certification.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in home building or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide on-site teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
