Pay Rates:
Starting rate is £12.05 per hour and after signing of the training it will be
£13.26 per hour basic, £19.47 overtime x1.5, £25.67 overtime x2
Overtime is paid at 1.5 times the standard rate,
Double pay rate on Sunday day shift
Weekly payments.

As a skilled worker in our beef processing facility, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, safety and accurate inventory management in a chill and dynamic environment.

Positions Overview
- Production Technician:
As a Production Technician, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. Operating and maintaining production machinery, you’ll ensure the seamless execution of daily tasks. Your responsibilities will include monitoring machinery, conducting quality checks, and collaborating with the team to meet production targets. Your mechanical aptitude and attention to detail will contribute to the production of high-quality meat products. - Spice Room Operator:
Joining us as a Spice Room Operator, you’ll be responsible for handling and processing various spices used in our production. Your duties will involve measuring and blending spices according to recipes, ensuring the accurate and consistent flavor profile of our products. Attention to detail and adherence to quality standards are essential in this role to deliver top-notch spice blends for our meat processing. - Vemag Operator:
As a Vemag Operator, you’ll be at the forefront of our production line, operating specialized Vemag machines critical to the meat processing process. Your role will include setting up and adjusting machinery, monitoring production efficiency, and troubleshooting technical issues as they arise. Your expertise in Vemag operations will contribute to the precision and effectiveness of our manufacturing processes. - Grinder/Blender Operator:
Joining us as a Grinder/Blender Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining grinding and blending machinery. Your role will involve processing meat and other ingredients to create the desired textures and blends for our products. Your attention to detail in adjusting machinery settings and conducting quality checks will be vital in ensuring the consistency and quality of our meat products.
Qualifications and Skills:
Please note that fully paid training will be provided. However, we are seeking a candidate with previous experience in any of the roles mentioned above within a meat processing or food production environment.
