Role: * Contribute proactively to the development and execution of care plans and assessments. * Cultivate strong and effective relationships with youth, families, and external agencies. * Maintain a tidy and organized living environment, ensuring residents are engaged and comfortable. * Maintain accurate and detailed records. * Uphold a professional demeanor in line with Ofsted standards. * Support the educational and social growth of residents. * Address both the emotional and physical needs of the children. * Assist the deputy/manager during shifts.
Requirements: * Desirable: Possession of a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People or an equivalent qualification. * Essential: Prior experience in a children’s home setting. * Demonstrated passion for nurturing and supporting youth. * Flexibility to accommodate varying shifts, including sleep shifts, as outlined in the provided rota. * Possession of a full UK driving license. * Minimum age of 21 years (in accordance with industry regulations).
