Warehouse Team Leader
Location: Corby
Pay Rate: £14.00 – £15.00 per hour
Shift Pattern: Rotating Shifts (6:00am – 2:00pm / 2:00pm – 10:00pm)
Contract: Temp to Perm
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Major Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse operation in Corby.

Key Responsibilities
- Leading, motivating, and supporting a team of warehouse operatives
- Ensuring daily productivity and performance targets are achieved
- Monitoring workflow and allocating tasks effectively
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety across the warehouse
- Conducting team briefings and providing ongoing coaching and support
- Assisting with stock control, goods in/out, and operational processes
- Reporting performance issues and operational updates to management
- Ensuring quality standards and company procedures are followed at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Warehouse Team Leader, Supervisor, or similar role
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and organisational skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and team development
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts
