We have got some incredible news to share… We are officially award-winners at the Recruiter Awards 2025! Last night, our team headed down to London for one of the biggest events in the recruitment industry calendar. With agencies from all over the UK in attendance, the competition was fierce, and the atmosphere was electric.
On the night itself, we were shortlisted in not just one, but three categories:
- Best Client Service
- Best Temporary Recruitment Agency
- Recruitment Agency of the Year (200+ employees)
And we are over the moon to say that we walked away with the award for Best Client Service!
Why does this award means so much?
Any award feels good right? But this win feels extra special, because client service is at the very heart of what we do! At Major, we’ve always believed that recruitment isn’t just about filling roles, it’s about building long-term partnerships, really listening, and delivering solutions that make a difference.
Winning the Best Client Service award proves that our approach works, and it’s something we couldn’t have achieved without our incredible clients and candidates.

A night to remember
Wow, what can we say about the evening itself?! It was a giant hall full of recruiters; it was like seeing Linkedin in person. More handshakes than at any career fair, more sequins than a Strictly grand final, and enough business cards to keep a paper mill in business for a year!
The Recruiter Awards ceremony itself was unforgettable. It was full of energy, celebration, and a few happy tears when they called out “MAJOR RECRUITMENT!” It was a huge moment of pride for our team, recognising the hard work, dedication, and passion that everyone at Major puts into day in/day out supporting clients and candidates across the UK.
So, what’s next?
Awards are amazing, but for us, this is just the beginning! We’ll keep pushing ourselves to go further, deliver more, and make sure every client and candidate experiences the same award-winning service that earned us this recognition. We’re award winners now, we’re the BEST CLIENT SERVICE IN THE UK, so we need to prove that to everyone we work with.
